【Posted poster presenters and participating companies】 “Poster presentations and research exchanges by SPRING Fellows and Fellowship recipients” will be held.(October 21.27)

“Poster presentations and research exchanges by SPRING Fellows and Fellowship recipients” will be held on October 21st and 27th. Anyone who is a student or faculty member of Kyoto University can participate.  Please apply from the registration form by 10/20.

1.Overview

 

SPRING Fellows and Fellowship recipients are expected to enhance their researcher’s skill by presenting their own research outcomes and having discussions with other students beyond existing frameworks such as graduate schools and research laboratories. Also, we expect students and faculty members get to know what kind of research is conducted by the recipients of each program, which results in new interdisciplinary exchanges between students and faculty members. In addition, some companies which are the member of “C-ENGINE” are scheduled to set up booths at this exchange meeting, where you can discuss your research with companies’ representatives or you can consult with them on research internships.

                Energy and Interdisciplinary Studies/Bottom-up of the Fellowship

13:10 Introduction of research internships by C-ENGINE @Symposium Hall
13:30 Poster presentation @Foyer
(90 minutes /Core time for those whose poster numbers are ODD number)
15:00 Poster presentation @Foyer
(90 minutes /Core time for those whose poster numbers are EVEN number)
16:30 Closing

3. Eligibility/Application

  • General participants

Kyoto University student(Undergraduate and master’s students are also welcomed)、Kyoto University faculty and staff

Capacity:About 150 people each day(In the case of a large number of applications, a lottery will be conducted.)

You can enter and leave the venue as you please within the time.
