【July 16】Poster Presentation and Meet-up with Students from India in the Kyoto University Short-Term Academic Research (KU-STAR)Program

The Division of Graduate Studies established a Short-Term Academic Research (KU-STAR) program. From May 20, we are hosting 31 students, including undergraduate and master’s students in India.

Towards the end of this program, on July 16, we will have a poster presentation session and group presentation at the foyer and Horiba symposium hall of the International Science Innovation Building.  Please join us for this wonderful opportunity to meet up with 27 energetic and talented students from India, and find out more about their research at Kyoto University.

■Time: Wednesday, July 16, 2025, 13:00-16:30

■Venue: Foyer and HORIBA Symposium Hall, 5F, The International Science Innovation Building, Kyoto University (Campus Map No.69)

■Language: English

■Target audience: Kyoto University students (All years or all majors are welcome.), Kyoto University faculties, researchers, and staff

The majors of KU-STAR Program’s students are Aerospace Engineering, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, Biosciences and Bioengineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Sciences, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Geology, Humanities and Social Sciences, Management, Materials Science & Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Multi Media and Mass Communication, Sustainable Technologies.

The venue will open from 12:30

Part I: Poster presentation; 13:00-14:35

(The light refreshments will be served at the poster presentation.)

Part II: Group presentation by KU-STAR program students; 14:45-15:35

Part III: Certificate Award Ceremony; 15:35-16:30
