English-Language Job Internship Fair（2026／1／23）
Dear International Students,
My name is Ushijima, and I am the Representative of Global Career Connect Japan.
Through my experience supporting international students at nearly 20 universities in Japan, I have repeatedly seen talented and highly capable students lose opportunities simply because of their Japanese language level.
“I wanted to change this situation.”
I founded Global Career Connect Japan to create a place where students with strong skills and motivation can take on challenges even if their Japanese is not yet perfect, and to provide an environment where they can learn Japanese while preparing to build their careers in Japan.
Today, we would like to introduce a free program for those interested in building a career in Japan.
