Graduate Schools / Entrance Examinations Eligible
for the Taiwan Kyoto University Scholarship
In the case of students who will enroll in a doctoral program at Kyoto University in October 2024, the relevant entrance examinations for the eight graduate schools listed in the table below are eligible for the scholarship.
Please note that applicants should be R.O.C. citizens normally resident in Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmem or Matsu, although those currently studying outside Taiwan are not excluded.
In addition to applying for the scholarship to the Ministry of Education in Taiwan, please confirm the application period and application instructions at the URL listed in the table below, and complete the application procedures for the entrance examination within the specified period.
If you pass the entrance examination, please contact the Kyoto University Division of Graduate Studies by email by March 29, 2024.

In the case of students who are already enrolled in a master’s program at Kyoto University and advance to a doctoral program at Kyoto University in October 2024 through a different examination from the ones listed in the table above, please inquire with the contact below within the specified period for the scholarship application established by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan.
