証明書発行についてお知らせします。
We would like to inform you of issuance of certificate.

希望する方に、大学院教育支援機構奨励研究員として採用されたことの正式な採用通知（書面）を発行することが可能です。
We can issue the official certificate of your approval as Kyoto
University Graduate Division Fellow based on request.

発行希望がある場合は、以下の事項をメール本文に記載のうえ、メールにて依頼ください。
　学生番号・氏名・所属・希望する発行形態（データ／紙媒体／両方）
If you wish to request it, please send us an email which include
following information.
   Student Number, Name, Graduate School, Type of the document you need (Data/ Paper/ Both)

なお、採用通知（書面）の記載事項は以下のとおりです。もし以下の事項以外に必要な記載事項がある場合は、個別にご相談ください。

・基本情報（氏名、所属）
・採用期間
・経済支援の金額
・京都大学大学院教育支援機構長の電子サイン
